This time of year we get all kinds of crazy weather. this painting is called Snow Storm Passing By.  A light dusting of snow fell and as the storm passed the sunlight was a sharp contrast to the dark clouds.  These are acrylic on 8×8 board.

It’s 30 degrees Celsius today so I thought I would paint a cold winters day. Don’t get me wrong our warm days up here are few and far between but this is very early for this kind of temperature. Now off to the golf course.

This is from a photo I took early this spring in Toronto.  I liked the way the snow was slowly melting and the cars leaving slushy tracks. I also liked the old car on the right, maybe just waiting to get out on to the road.
