here is the finished painting I didn’t change much except to add more contrast in the shadows and enhance the waves. I added some small seagulls just to give the painting a little more interest.
It’s a wonderful piece. I love the weathered fence and the quiet mood. Like the beach at the end of the day when everyone has left – the best time…

I love the indents in the sand from someone having walked towards the sea… lovely. It’s got a lovely feel to it. 🙂
